We are developing a reusable Product to connect strategy, decisions and execution. Start with selected PMO workflows, evaluate an MVP, then agree a Production deployment. A Forward Deployed Consultant adapts the Product and supports adoption.
Three levels of engagement
Start with a bounded pilot. Evaluate value, adoption and governance before deciding on Production. Then extend the agreed deployment across portfolios or the wider organisation, with leaders retaining authority over material strategic and financial decisions.
Public reference, excluding taxes
A one-off engagement to scope and build a bounded MVP. Start with Scoping; authorise Build separately once the scope is agreed.
Indicative annual solution band, excluding taxes
After evaluation, extend the agreed Production deployment across more portfolios. Connect priorities, decisions and execution through a shared governed context.

Shape a broader deployment for multiple entities or countries. Agree the governance, integrations and service responsibilities around how your organisation operates.
The Pilot reference covers Scoping and Build; MVP Run is agreed and costed separately. Scale and Enterprise are indicative annual solution bands combining the Product and agreed support. Exact scope, service responsibilities and commercial terms are confirmed in your quote. Infrastructure and third-party AI consumption are costed separately. Production requires a separate agreement.
The Forward Deployed Consultant
A Forward Deployed Consultant (FDC) is a PMO City expert who helps your teams scope PMO use cases, configure the product and adopt it in their work. Support and knowledge transfer are tailored to each phase and the agreed scope, remotely or on site under arrangements defined together.

The path
Each phase establishes the scope or evidence needed for the next decision. Production is separately ordered and accepted.
Define needs, selected workflows, data sources, permissions and acceptance criteria. Target: up to six weeks.
On a separate order, build the agreed configuration and verify acceptance. Target: up to six weeks, followed by acceptance.
Evaluate value, adoption, governance and operability for up to six months after MVP acceptance. Reorient, prepare Production or exit.
Separately agree and accept the target deployment. The ongoing service begins at effective go-live, on an agreed schedule.
These are target durations, subject to access, prerequisites and approvals. The applicable contract governs schedules and exceptions. The MVP Run may conclude earlier when there is enough evidence to decide.
The Forward Deployed Consultant prepares a transformation ROI and AI consumption study from Scoping, enriched by actual MVP use. It supports the next decision without guaranteeing a return or automatic conversion to Production.
