The product model
PMO City is one governed operating system with one shared Living Governed State and three distinct interfaces: the Personal Assistant to act, the Professional Workspace to coordinate work, and the Cockpit to arbitrate change and decisions.

The organisational knowledge captured by the Product is stored there, under customer ownership and control. Authorised context may be processed by customer-approved language-model services within agreed permissions and data-processing terms. Portability and transition arrangements are defined in the agreed scope and contract. Your connected systems retain their source authority.
